Karate Cadets (under 8's) : 6pm - 6:30pm

8+ White belts - Yellow Belts : 6:30pm - 7:30pm

8+ Green Belts upwards : 6:30pm - 8:30-pm

Sunday
 

Karate Cadets (under 8's) : 9:30am - 10am

8+ White belts - Yellow Belts : 10am - 11am

8+ Green Belts upwards : 10am - 12pm
