We believe in practical, applied Karate for self defence, fitness and fun. We take a pragmatic approach to Karate, believing that Karate has to be effective, efficient and fun to learn for it to be useful.
Our focus is on delivering realistic and usable Karate skills, in a fun, friendly and above all safe environment. We work hard to ensure that our Karate training fits the individual, and achieves the goals of our students.
